We had a property to rebuild following the Canterbury Earthquakes on a complex hill site in Lyttelton. During the process of finalising plans with our Insurer there had been several builders suggested. After doing our due diligence Dean and his team were selected. What could have been a horrendous process ended up being a professional straightforward engagement. Whilst the rebuild certainly had its challenges, Dean was always there to take a call, return a query, provide solutions and even FaceTime issues as they arose. The home that was the final result is a testament to the quality of his workmanship and ability to see the owners vision. Dean also did a large amount of retaining work on the section. Another project is about to commence with Dean and his team on a significant renovation on another property.

Without fail H3 deliver a result better than we could have hoped for and the finish is always impeccable. Our first renovation by H3 Builders is now three years old but looks as good as new.
