Owned by Dean and Jacqui Harrison, H3 Builders is a small, family business offering a personalised approach to ensure they deliver exactly what you’re looking for. Dean is a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry and Site 2, with years of experience in all kinds of residential construction, from bathrooms and kitchens to restoration of character homes and architectural new builds.

Behind the scenes, Jacqui handles the administration to keep the business running smoothly.

Their small team of trade-qualified builders (supported by an apprentice) is well-established – some of whom originally did their apprenticeships with H3 Builders. It’s a young, energetic team, with a wealth of expertise, and they pride themselves on attention to detail. They work exclusively with a network of trusted sub-contractors to ensure the best result! H3 Builders are New Zealand Certified Builders, so they can offer the Halo comprehensive 10-year residential building guarantee.

Why is H3 Builders called H3 Builders?

Dean has two older brothers, so at school Dean was always known as ‘Harrison 3’ – H3. Dean and Jacqui’s two children are affectionately known as H3.1 and H3.2!
