This split level hill site home was designed by Linetype Architecture as our clients forever home.

Designed with low maintenance in mind, it is clad in Nu Wall a powder-coated aluminium cladding,  Innowood a composite cladding and honed concrete blocks.  Multiple architectural features in the home include polished concrete floor and stairs, poplar plywood ceilings, off the shutter exposed concrete beams.

Collaboration with the architect throughout the project was key to the success of ensuring all elements of this project seamlessly integrated together to form a stunning home.
